These terms cover the Idle Arise game, its online features (Legions) and this website, provided by Team Supreme / Saturn Dreams ("we", "us"). By playing or using them you agree to these terms.
The game
Idle Arise is free to play. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or resell the game except as the law allows. In-game items and currencies have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
Legions and conduct
Legions let you choose a public name, chat and play with others. Don't use names or messages that are hateful, harassing, sexual, impersonate someone, or break the law. Don't cheat, exploit bugs, automate play or interfere with the service. We may filter content, remove names or messages, and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
Your account
Legions use an anonymous account created by the game, optionally linked to Game Center. You can delete it at any time from the Legion screen; see the support page. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.
Ads and purchases
The game may show optional rewarded ads from third-party networks. Any future purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms.
Changes and availability
We're always improving the game, so features, balance and online services may change, and online features may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
No warranty
The game and services are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
